On Friday, my wife decided to make paella for lunch. We always do this in our
outside kitchen, especially when the weather is nice enough to also eat
outside.

late lunch, it is almost 6 p.m., because I was attending a meeting at the OECD
that ran longer than planned, and my wife and daughter chose to wait for me so

meat, she will eat seafood and dairy products, so the paella was a

We are eating well in confinement, and that confinement has just been extended
for another two weeks, until April 26th. Despite this, we have not gained
weight, thanks to daily exercise.
