I remember what was said locally when the palial open kitchens with 40 or 50
grand of appliances became popular. What do these people make in these
kitchens? Reservations.

Interesting . . .
A vast range of styles/tastes, but what most interests me is the variety of
layouts. I'm a true believer in the "kitchen
triangle" the relationship and distances between fridge, cooktop and sink.
A few of these kitchens have nice triangles, close, but with adequate counter
space. Others are awful, with one key
component, usually fridge, miles away.
