Actually, right now I disagree. When I go to the supermarket to buy produce, I
choose the pre-packaged, plastic-wrapped items. For example, peppers: I usually
buy them from the bulk case, but right now I go for the packs of 3, in a
plastic bag, pre-packaged at some processing plant. Of course, I realize that
someone has touched them at some point, but it is likely to have been in
controlled conditions, and several days ago, as opposed to the bulk ones which
may have been touced by several people in the past hour.
So right now I like plastic.
