Honda Element? You can't put that thing in the same category with everything
else. It was a failure for Honda because of a series of poor decisions. First,
they put a pathetic underpowered engine in it, which with the sloppy automatic
made it accelerate like a slug. They they decided to market it to millenials
who were into other interests. If they had been smart they would have marketed
it to old crazy cat ladies, their market.

The Toyota Land Crusher was not intended to win beauty contests. It was
originally a utility vehicle much the same as a Land Rover. Toyota turned it
into a luxury SUV to compete with others who catered to the idiots who wanted
to look outdoorsy without leaving pavement.
You left out the Isuzu Trooper. That was in a similar class.
