There is little, if any, Harley in that bike. West Coast Choppers was
a custom shop that built custom bikes (but did some customizations to
customer bikes too). That particular bike has certainly been rode
hard, put away wet. It hasn't aged well at all. When built, it would
have been a pretty nice bike. But it looks ratty now.
As to handling, it definitely is not a "sport bike". Nor is it like
any BMW bike. But it's likely reasonably comfortable while cruising on
the wide-open American highway at +30 over posted limit. The engines
have lots of torque too and don't require 20,000 RPM to get going.
