We pass three school houses of that sort of vintage regularly. The big difference is that all three are still active
schoolhouses.
The original Nicasio School building, 1871, is beautiful, but possibly misleading, as it's now school offices. The
current classrooms are next to it.

Lincoln Elementary, 1872, is still an active simple school, out in rural country.
