Any one interested in Dye Transfer check out

There is an interview with Ctein
http://ctein.com/Josh/LLVJ_Ctein_Interview_(2005)_1040p.m4v
I had to do a "Save Video As" because it would stop part way watching online.
Also Dye transfer prints video:

They mention his book Post Exposure which I found online pdf for those
interested.

I certainly don't have the space or time to attempt this. But Dye transfer, he
says,
can capture the extreme brightness range.
The book is informative, even if from the Film era, it has a lot of info on how
we see.
