Same here. Years ago I went from hiking to cycling, and then added in a
weekly visit to a gym to round things out. I injured my left rotator cup about
three months ago, and it was taking too long to heal. After reading some
online medical pages I added in an arm exercise to my weekly mile walk at the
gym. In four weeks it's pretty much healed.
