This week I was invited to give a talk at the University of Mannheim. Mannheim
is a town with about 300,000 inhabitants, with a large university. The town was
destroyed by bombing during World War II, so there is no charning town center
as in other German towns. Still, it is a pleasant place, and I enjoyed my
visit. My hotel was next to Kunsthalle Mannheim, a great contemporary art
museum, just my kind of place. So have a look at some autumn colours and some
great art here:

As always, comments and critique are welcome and appreciated.
