I was late checking on backyard activity today, but did spot my
neighbors' rescue cat, Louise. She visits a couple of times a week, and
was checking the spot where I photographed the mama squirrel yesterday.
She also checks the bushes frequented by the birds.
Her hearing is so sharp that she glanced up at the sound of my shutter,
40 feet away.
