adapters exist?
They are proper Leica R to m43 adapters, but with a built-in helicoid
acting as a variable extension ring, allowing for higher magnification at
shorter focus distance. Neat, I have one for OM to e-Mount, works fine.

I have several nice examples of Leica-R glass. This tiny Skipper was
captured with my Leica-R Elmarit 90/2.8 lens on the OM D E-M1. This
lens focuses down to 2 ft., so this is heavily cropped.
