In my experience, on non-moving subject, the full-frame dynamic range and noise
advantage is largely blown away by significantly better IBIS.
If you can shoot hand-held at ISO 400 that which would require ISO 1600 on a
full-frame camera with less-capable IBIS, you've blown away the noise advantage.
And as the Ctein print discussion shows, megapickles aren't everything,
although the OM-D E-M1 Mark II and EM-1x can provide you with 80 megapickles
when you need them.
