Orkney Brewery's Skull Splitter is very palatable, although it does not live
up to its name - despite being 8.5% ABV
I still have one bottle from my last visit to the brewery, labelled for US
market - imported by St Killian Importing Co. Inc. Kingston, MA - so it is
available "over there" at least.
But Swannay is another Orkney brewery deserving of greater distribution:

Can recommend the Corncrake, Dark Isle and Red Macgregor. Northern Light
is pretty good too. Can't speak to the others as I didn't find them.
