I have not found an exact MoE, but general-purpose handheld units are
usually good down to 2-3 meters. That's good enough for my
application. However, in Alaska, if you don't have the Glonass
decoder, the accuracy can be very very different. I get so much
multi-path interference and shadowing in the Chugach Mountains as to
make GPS almost unusable.
