For what it's worth, you could try laying down wire screening on the floor of
your
computer room(under a carpet?) or on ceiling of garage to block the signal.
The wireless keyboard is easy to fix: get a wired keyboard.
As for the internet, run an ethernet cable or move the router as close to your
garage as
you can, or use only the 5Ghz band - see your router & computer settings.
Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz wifi, microwaves, drones, and more share the same
frequencies....

Odd the Caddy has live wifi when turned off - check with a dealer to see if it
can be
disabled. Even cars have setting menus these days. or search for the box and
unplug it
— especially if wife is not using this overpriced service. The box might be
needed for
OnStar though.....
