I deleted some files on the SD card from the PC while in the card reader, and
the A7iii had problems with the card. It seems to keep a separate index. I
think there is a resync function.
Now I double check I have copied all the files from the card, then I use the in
camera Format to erase the card. Probably an old habit where flash memory had
fragmentation issues when deleting images directly.
