There was an incident many years ago where an airliner on short approach
to Tokyo had such an event. The captain had a heart attack and slumped forward
on the yoke. The flight engineer grabbed him by the neck and pulled him back
while the copilot pulled back to keep the nose up. Try that in a simulator
some day.
