Thanks, Bill. That's the address I've been using.
I often have trouble getting through Microsoft mail servers; they seem to be
programmed to squash anyone who is beneath their contempt. I run my own mail
server, which to a big, lazy, stupid corporation, probably automatically means
"spam."
I'll try again from my (seldom used) gmail account. Microsoft can't delete
Google, at least without an expensive court battle.
