The path of the storm will pass almost directly over Columbia, SC, then
over Fayetteville, NC, then pass into the Atlantic around Thursday/Friday
midnight.
I was born in Columbia, actually Ft. Jackson (US Army rifle school). That
area has now been hit by two major tropical storms this season.
