There's a lot yet to be done. They have to clean up all of the engine
accessories and transfer them to the new engine.
I was impressed with the knowledge of the guy who seemed to be the lead
mechanic. As one of the guys was disassembling the propeller, he was
reminded that each of the hub bolts must be labelled by position because
the prop was balanced with them in those spots. He also cautioned that
they should be prepared to deal with roller bearings as the blades were
separated from the hub. He seemed to be a walking "shop manual".

tractor, and sent me a photo.

The old engine and the rudder were being packed for the trip to Florida.
