I didn’t notice how poorly, Ken, but I’m a foreigner.
What struck me was that there was a story about movement because of conditions
to do with water levels. It’s not about economics, jobs or self-improvement –
was what I gathered from the article.
New Orleans will not survive if the money for sea defences is being spent on
walls.
