Somewhere I have an 80mm macro OMZ complete with matching CU lens. Lens has
slight fungus. Or bloom issues. Must get it sorted and give it a go.
Still waiting for City asbestos team to sort out Sister’s downstairs. It would
be helpful all round if we have left by the time they start work. We fly back
to the UK a week Tues.

Addendum:
The Olys have the sort of yellowish reflections
of older OM single coated lenses. They do not have a front
thread, so
hoods can't be screwed onto
them. As all the lenses I use one on have bayonet mount
hoods, I haven't had a problem.
The Nikons have much better coatings.
The current Oly MCON-P02 is
like a black hole. It's designed for 46 mm (and 37 mm),
but might work well adapted up to 49
mm.
Didn't work well on a 58 mm primary lens, but that's
a much bigger reach. Also, higher diopter, max focus of
about 11".

I'll see if I can find one at a reasonable price.

Furthest focus for the f=40 cm models will

Nikon 3T (52 mm thread) and 5T, (62 mm) have a FL, and max.
working distance,
