I've heard of the first two things and have even experienced them Moose 
but please explain that last item ;)
I prefer to live "away from it all" and ration "the maddening bustle of 
modern life" in very small doses.
As far as live theater our neighbors put on plays in their beautiful 
yard. I believe the quality holds up to any urban production.
