Agreed. I had a couple of sprocket misses through the years. I
developed two habits. One was to adjust my left hand position a little
bit so I could actually feel the rewind knob turn when I advanced the
film. The other was to waste the freebee because it messed up the 6
row, 6-frame poly sheets. Invariably, what would happens is that my
bonus pictures were always keepers.
Just a side note on the first thing. It worked great with manual
advance or winder advance. But the first time I did it with the Motor
Drive 2, I almost ripped my finger off.
