Interesting to note that the Laowa 7.5mm is 27gr _lighter_ than my new little Samyang 7.5mm ! Is that correct? I
never looked before because the Laowa just looked chunkier.
Just the reverse, the Laowa is slightly longer, but slenderer:

Samyang Laowa
Weight: 197 g (0.43 lb) 170 g (0.37 lb)
Diameter: 60 mm (2.36″) 50 mm (1.97″)
Length: 48 mm (1.9″) 55 mm (2.17″)
Laowa is svelte, Samyang is the "Chunk". :-)
The Laowa is really tiny and rather attractive. They also make a slightly lighter version, for 'copters. I imagine the
weight difference is mostly the big, bulbous FE of the Sammy fisheye.
