The 14-54 Mk1 lacks some snap that the 12-60 and the Leica 14-50 have.
I thought it wasn't as sharp. But controlled testing showed that the
sharpness was the same, but it lacked a touch of the 3-dimensionality
of the other two lenses. It turns out that I could recreate every bit
of it with the clarity slider, but the Leica lens did it optically. As
I have a stable of E-bodies now (E-1, E-3, L1), I really should get
another 14-54 and/or Leica lens to make them sing again.

Hmm. I've got a couple of the Ansel Adams prints sold. I might be able
