That storm, actually Hurricane Maria, will not be making landfall anywhere
on the Atlantic coast, so they say now. It will strike Puerto Rico as a
category 4 storm. What happens to Maria a week from now is a bit uncertain.
Biggest concern for the Atlantic coast at the moment is Hurricane Jose,
which is making another clockwise turn, this time possibly making landfall as a
tropical depression on New Jersey next Tuesday.

>> NHC just initiated advisories for what will become Hurricane Lee.
>> The NHC forecast presently has it moving across the Lesser Antilles as a
>> weak category 1 storm, strengthening to category 2 somewhere over the
>> Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. GFS presently has it making landfall at
>> Charleston a week from Monday. UKMET has not picked this one up yet.
