Looking into this a bit further this morning. That control unit is the
same for the T-10 ring flash. Not too many of these Oly macro flash units
can be found on evilBay. I did notice that the prices for the FL-36 have
come down some.
Some time ago we discussed a very small external flash that Olympus
provided as part of a bundle with a new camera. I did not keep track of
this as it could not be purchased seperately. That may have changed since
then.
Overall, I still find that the dual flash bar I made years ago is a
usable accessory.
