I am not a fan of evernote, good as it is, I don't trust cloud services
so I recommend devonthink to you Chris, unfortunately i don't know if
theres a PC equivalent. I have it set so that scanner pro uploads it
automagically to an owncloud server (webdav) that I manage and from
there it gets moved to devonthink.
