Thanks, Ken. It's good to know you have recovered. I was wearing only
Birkenstocks all the time and Tom is convinced that's what caused my
problems. I found the old orthotics that had been prescribed 10 years ago
and put them in a pair of tennis shoes with good support. That's what I'm
wearing now and it does seem to help. The boot thing I wore last night
helped more than anything. I couldn't put any weight on my foot yesterday
and today it's about 60% better.
I love my Birkenstocks but I guess I'll put them in the back of the closet
for awhile!
