Not for me. :-)
I'm not saying that it's good to be this way, only that it's the way I am. I see those sorts of things the moment I
encounter the image.
It's about differences in tone/colour and lack of textural detail. There are uneven/blotchy areas of a different color
and in those areas I can't see the normal details of veins, etc.
I don't bother to mention it every time I see it, for just the reason you
mention; many/most don't notice.
