     If you're gonna go to Texas, you can't do much better than Austin.  The 
best BBQ I've ever had was by way of a fellow who had two halves of a 55-gal 
barrel with expenaded metal grills sitting on top of wooden frames, placed 
under a large Oak tree by the side of the road north of Austin.  Best BBQ beef 
sandwich I've even had.
