Ian,
I had been otherwise occupied, and hadn't looked at these. I was very
impressed with the variety and wonderful compositions. Thanks for
sharing your trip with us.

Thanks Chris, Wayne and anyone else who looked.
I only really carried the 100-400 around for one day - the night shots
were taken through the hotel window and yes it is a bit of a pain but
I normally carry a rucksack so it goes in there, I am getting quite
fond of the 55-200 now though and that got more time in the bag

Thatâs a great collection, Ian. I really like Germany and my
visit to Munich last year was very enjoyable, if a little brief. The
night shots caught my eye in particular, but wasnât it a bit of a
pain carrying the 100-400 around?
Cheers
Chris

As I mentioned before this was a special trip for Kerstin and
myself, we had managed to have a couple of days to attend family
events and a weekend in Amsterdam in 2005 but since our honeymoon we
had not have more than a few hours where it was just us so this year
we took advantage of Cai going to camp again for 4 nights and had a
city break in Munich, a city I highly recommend for it's bicycle
friendliness and open parks with beer gardens.
Here are the photos from my city tour - I hope there is something
for all
