Coming late to the party but this quite angered me I hate Bullies - This 
however seems to illustrate a fundamental problem with modern business, 
the customer is no longer seen as the most important commodity - I am 
witnessing this internally in our company  where the drive is to cut 
costs even if it affects the customers service - you can probably get 
away with this for a while but a some point it's  going to all come 
crashing down - when did the focus change I wonder was it when companies 
became too big to care or directors bonuses got paid mindless of real 
results
