PWP is really good at tweaking tonalities. As to spotting, I wish it
had a healing brush function to it. But you are absolutely correct
about resizing. I do most of my resizing in LRCC, because of the
convenience, but PWP's resize engine blows the stinking socks off of
Adobe.
I would say that most the of time, I never leave LRCC, but once in a
while I use it to develop the concept and then use PWP or Photoshop to
actually do it for real.
