I’ve put up Week 14 images at cbimages.uk <http://cbimages.uk/>, covering a day
in London during which my wife treated me to a good lunch (an expensive one) in the Sky
Garden of 20 Fenchurch Street, in the City.
And I have a question: when using WordPress to write a blog, inserting images
every so often, how do I get the insertion point for text after having inserted
a couple of images. At the moment I have to be careful not to add many returns
by mistake.
It's been years, so I don't remember details, but I do remember finding the process of setting up images with text
between them irksome and tedious.
Any ideas?
Wish I did. I've been using Google Photos for family and friends. The presentation of the images in an album is good,
and navigating through the larger versions is good. The default view in ascending date order is annoying. I would prefer
to have newest first, but the viewer has to reset that for themselves.
No way to annotate as a blog, but as labels, the visibility of which varies with platform on which it is viewed. FAR
superior presentation on phones/tablets to viewing a site in a browser.
Any comments on my day in London?
Looks like a nice day out. Nice to get a view of part of your family.
