Actually, it's the exact opposite. All of the trouble I have with this
issue is on dialup. The coffee shop is virtually trouble-free, except for the
occasional hacker.
PeerGuardian is no longer in development, and their blocklists aren;t
available. So, I have to build my own and cross my fingers that this works.
The user interface has an interesting feature where the activity monitor only
shows IP addresses. By using IP-Lookup I can see who is who very quickly. So
far I have added one IP from Russia and two from Taiwan.
