Those of us who were kids back in the 1950s can probably still remember
the cheap Japanese toys and novelties that could be found in the five and dime
stores like Woolworth's and Kresgee's. I came across one of those items in a
thrift store yesterday and just had to have it. It's a tiny camera, complete
with a damaged box:

You can judge the size easily by comparing it with the Amereican nickle
sitting next to it. It came with both film spools, and the shutter is a bit
sluggish. The address for mailing the film to in Brroklyn is on one end of the
box.
