I'm not certain how to respond to this. Out here in the mild, mild west
we're having near-record, and possibly record high temperatures. Yesterday it
was 93F, and today we might make it to 94F. We are more than 15F above
average, and it's going to continue at least until Sunday.
I'm not bragging, nor making a dig at those who are under the heel of
uncommon winter weather. Water managers around here are genuinely concerned
about what the future promises.
