Hi Moose,
Glad to hear that Carol is getting more mobile. Your beautiful images
show what I would suspect to be Spring, California style. But I did find
a few Daffodils today, as you may see later.

Any of you who didn't know before will know from ChrisT's post that
we've had a VERY wet winter. (With more to come, it appears.)
Sunday was a big day here. A long spell of often heavy rain weakened
Friday, but there were still areas of standing water in the yard.
Saturday was sunny.
Carol has just started to walk, with support boot and one crutch.
Sunday I found her out in the front yard, enjoying the sun, checking
everything out, talking to the flowers, generally having a blast.
The native Flowering Currant out on the street is already past it's
blooming prime. The beautiful magnolia across the street is in bloom,
but not up to standard, as it got confused and already bloomed once a
few weeks ago.
All that water, then sun, and things are going BOOM in the garden.
Here's a sample from yesterday. <https://goo.gl/photos/RhB1zqGaaFmzzaSH9>
