Nathan, 12,400 km with 120,000 metres of climb is impressive by anyone's
standards. At 56 years of age it is VERY impressive...Well Done! With your
work / travel schedule how do you fit it all in ? Regards John Duggan, Wales, UK

Yes, I have read about him. Obviously quite unique, as most people do not live
to that age, let alone are able to cycle 14 miles in an hour. But the general
statement that you can improve your performace at every age is certainly true
for me so far. I began exercising seriously in 2010, at age 49. Today, at 56, I
am in better shape than I was at age 26. Last year I cycled 12,400 km with more
than 120,000 meters of climbing. My best year ever in terms of both parameters.
I also completed my first two brevets, 200 km and 300 km. In April I am doing a
400 km brevet.
Cheers,
Nathan
