You WOULD have to ask. So, I just did a little empirical testing.
The 50/1.4 would have the most intense heat spot, but it's small and
the working distance is short.
The 100/2 doubles the diameter of the focused light and gives more
working distance. Definitely a worthy.
The 300/4.5 gives the best diameter of focused light and the working
distance is quite good. But not bright enough for instant combustion.
Not tested, but extrapolated from the 100/2 test and 300/4.5 test, I
would be perfectly happy with the 250/2 or 350/2.8. I think either one
would be just the ticket for detonating ants.
