Churchill is on the south west shore of Hudson Bay and countless
hundreds of miles away from any direct route across the high arctic.
Churchill, MB and Juneau, AK are at about the same latitude. Cambridge,
Bay looks to be better placed for a direct route; today at -30C. IMHO a
major shipping container terminal along with the necessary highway
infrastructure in the high arctic is a pipe dream.
