If you would really like to bone up on facial recognition software and a lot

tame in comparison !
The Chinese hacked that technology from the USA.
Really .......... are you mandated to carry an RFID like tag embossed
with your social security number which monitors and records your every
day waking moment, grants and deducts points for every activity in which
you engage, identifies everyone you meet and speak with, determines
whether each activity is politically acceptable or not, etc. The PRC is
far beyond just facial recognition!
What is interesting is how much facial recognition is being used in
places you would least expect it. The obvious places being casinos, of
course, but churches, schools, retailers, bail-bondsmen...
You must visit London, England to witness the proliferation of CCTV
installations. Outside of the eastern block it must be the most
surveilled city on the planet.
