Interesting reading from a world that is completely alien to me. My car repair
skills are limited to changing the wheel in the event of a puncture, changing
the lights when they burn out, and checking the oil. Anything else is for the
professionals. Actually, even with my bicycles all I ever do is lubricate the
chain and derailleur, fix flats as needed and very occasionally hose them down.
They get serviced at the bike shop every 6 months or so, and everyone’s happy.
I’d rather spend my time riding than wrenching.
Cheers,
Nathan
