Seems we missed Ian as well as Philippe and Alice, sigh. While hiking Inn
to Inn we had no clue what time we would arrive so planning anything was
difficult. The last part of the trip on our own we were closer to Italy so
it seemed a stretch from Alsace..
I don't know where those marauding cows came from but our cows were free
ranging and mellowness personified--clearly accustomed to hitting up hikers
for treats--we were more than happy to fuss over them.
