I'll anxiously await some images. I can offer sympathy for the back.
I've been dealing with a pulled back muscle for about 10 days, and it is
not fun. :-(

It was definitely a successful trip, photographically. The 6D ended
being the ONLY camera I used this trip. Not by design, but by the fact
that my back gave out and I was being extremely efficient with my kit.
Anyway, I've posted a few pics on FB, but I'll throw you all a bone
tonight.
The Northern Lights picture was so successful that I already made a
mega-print sale of it already.
BTW, lesson learned. In Lightroom, experiment and change the profile
from Adobe Standard to one of the Camera profiles. You'll want to test
because a Canon profile that works for one shot won't for another. And
it did address my magenta issue to a large degree too.
All said and done, I took just shy of 2000 pictures in three days.
About 1000 landscape shots and 1000 commissioned shots for a hired
project.
