You bring up a point. On the Hosta image, I exploited the flaws of the
analog process to effect. While those flaws were artificial (NIK
Software), they were what you would expect to see from an analog
process. The banding in your picture is the exploitation of the flaws
of the digital process to effect. There really is no difference. Both
pictures are fingernails-on-chalkboard.
