The word is IBIS and a used E-M5 is a very sensible investment when using
legacy (macro) primes. The stabilization will kick in if you half press the
shutter button, and focussing is a (relative) breeze.
With magnification you see only part of the image (Fuji's implementation
might be a bit better), so you'll have to pre-visualize your picture, in
that you set the to be enlarged focussing point on the right spot for the
final picture. It is not very difficult although a native AF macro is
easier.
