[OM] OM Zuiko 24-40mm f/4 zoom prototype up for auction

I bumped across  an OM Zuiko 24-40mm f/4 zoom on Ebay:

The Canadian owner thinks it is a prototype that never made it to 
production.  As far as he knows, it is one of a kind, although he says 
the serial number (100005) would imply that that there are at least four 
others.
Bidding starts at C$0.99, with a Buy It Now price of C$2,000. Heaven 
knows what he set the reserve at.
